Often teacher’s schedules do not allow for a break between classes. You are very important to us, so please contact us with your issue and if it will be needed we will arrange a meeting with you to discuss all the questions you have.

You should feel comfortable and be able to move. For us it's important to see your body, to be able to properly teach you and to be able to prevent injuries. For the first class you can wear a legging, top and socks (For Pilates bare feet).

If you will decide to come regularly to Ballet classes you will need a uniform:

- for girls - ballet leotard (optional) and ballet shoes (compulsory).

- for boys - white T-shirt, black shorts and ballet shoes (compulsory).

Everyone has to come to the classes on time. We request that you are in the studio 10 minutes before the class so you have time to change, prepare and we can start our class on time.

Chewing gum is not allowed.

Classical ballet is the basis on which all dance styles build upon. By learning the correct classical ballet technique, it will be easier to obtain other styles of dance. Dancers are only made through hours of practicing technique, up to perfect control of every part of the mind and body. Classical ballet has proven to enhance all athletic abilities.

It all depends on what results you would like to achieve and how much time you are willing to make for it. We advice to come to the classes 2 to 3 times a week. The body is learning a new way of moving and to help your body memorise the new "language" of moving, it needs a regular training. All professional dancers know that one day without training asks for extra training the next day to stay in shape.  During the day our muscles get short, that is why you need to stretch every day to maintain the long muscles.

Through proper training, you and your child will develop good posture, proper body alignment, grace and musicality. Dancing will increase flexibility, improve coordination and introduce an appreciation for the performing arts. Self-expression will be learned through the most beautiful of all arts.
